NewNet’s Billing Support System Integration facilitates the flow of data between the Cable Management System (CMS) and client's Billing Support System (BSS), providing seamless integration between billing information, network maps, and the underlying database. Billing integration captures customer and plant information by address via API/Database Connection and parses all necessary information between BSS data and the associated records in CMS.
